Welcome to SwanView Creations. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.

1. Products and Orders

All items are handmade or custom-engraved. Minor variations in colour, grain, or engraving are normal.
Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

3. Shipping

We ship via Australia Post. Processing time is generally 3–5 business days. Delivery times depend on the carrier and are outside our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

5. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, and content on this site are the property of SwanView Creations and may not be copied or used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

SwanView Creations is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our products or delays in delivery.
